It depends on what kind of ATM you use. We do not charge a service fee when you use one of our ATMs, regardless of the type of account you have. If you use an ATM outside of our preferred network, you may be charged surcharge, usage or other fees by the ATM operator or network. Learn more about our ATM options. See note 2
No. A USAA Bank debit card lets you make purchases and conduct transactions worldwide with all merchants who accept Visa. Your debit card is primarily associated with the money available in your checking account. A USAA ATM card is primarily linked to a savings account and cannot be used to make purchases with a merchant.
