Search for USAA in the app store.

Tap "Get."
The app will begin to download.

Tap “Open.”
The app will open and you’ll see the logon screen.

Enter your online ID and password.
If you don't have an online ID, select "Register for online access."
USAA Mobile App FAQ
Yes. The Deposit@Mobile® feature on the USAA Mobile App lets you deposit up to five checks at a time and accepts the following types:
- Personal checks
- Cashier's checks
- Teller’s checks
- Corporate checks
- Convenience checks
- Money orders
Note: Foreign checks must be deposited by mail.

To change your logon PIN:
- Log on to usaa.com.
- Open your profile menu and select “Logon and Security.”
- Under “Logon Credentials” select “Change” next to PIN.
The next time you logon to the USAA Mobile App, you’ll use this new PIN.
Open the app and scroll down to the insurance section. Select “Claims.” From there, choose the type of claim you have to get started. You can upload photos, interact with an adjuster, view estimates, schedule repairs and track your claim status. To learn more about filing claims, visit the Claims Center.
