FTD can deliver flowers and gifts around the world. Select “International Shipping” on the FTD home page to see a full list of countries and the arrangements available. 

Due to the rules and restrictions of APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. boxes, FTD can't deliver to those locations.

Yes. If possible, include the time of the service and allow at least 6 business hours for the florist to design and deliver the arrangement to ensure on-time delivery.

You can reach an FTD customer service agent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on major holidays, at 800-769-7673. You can also chat with an agent using the chat icon on FTD's website. 

FTD guarantees fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and plants that will last at least 7 days. If you're not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, call an agent within that time. They'll replace your item or refund your money.
