Mobile check deposit
Discover a better way to deposit with USAA. The Deposit@Mobile® feature on the USAA Mobile App lets you deposit up to five checks at a time and accepts a variety of check types. When the money will be available
Generally, funds deposited using the service are made available to you the first business day after the day that we receive your deposit. We may hold all or a portion of the funds deposited with the service. Any hold times and amounts will be displayed within the USAA Mobile App at the time of the deposit. Deposit limits
Limits vary from member to member. Your deposit limit is displayed when you start your deposit.

Deposit at an ATM
Select ATMs accept deposits of up to 30 bills and 10 checks per deposit. All you need is your USAA Federal Savings Bank ATM or debit card — there's no deposit slip or envelope required.
Cash and check deposits are generally made available by the next business day after the day of deposit. We may hold all or a portion of the check deposited. We will notify you of any hold times and amounts. Deposit items by mail
If you make a deposit by mail, you need to include a deposit slip or the deposit may be returned to you. Deposit slips and postage-paid envelopes are free and can be ordered from Harland Clarke®. No need to find a stamp!
Checks from U.S. banks are generally available the next business day after the day the deposit is received. We may hold all or a portion of the check deposited. We will notify you of any hold times and amounts.
There are no limits for deposits made through the mail.
Note: We can't accept cash and coin by mail.
