UNDER AGE 65: In some states, Medicare Supplement Insurance plans may be available to qualified individuals under age 65 who are eligible for Medicare by reason of disability and/or end stage renal disease.

To be eligible for Medicare Supplement, you must have Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B to enroll in this plan. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium each month, unless it is otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another party.
Benefits and premiums under this policy may be suspended for up to 24 months if you become entitled to benefits under Medicaid. You must request that your policy be suspended within 90 days of becoming entitled to Medicaid. If you lose (are no longer entitled to) benefits from Medicaid, this policy can be reinstated if you request reinstatement within 90 days of the loss of such benefits and pay the required premium.
FOREIGN TRAVEL - NOT COVERED BY MEDICARE - Medically necessary emergency care services beginning during the first 60 days of each trip outside the USA.
Right to Return Policy - If you find that you are not satisfied with your policy, you may return it to USAA Life Insurance Company, 9800 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, Texas 78288. If you send the policy back to us within 30 days after you receive it, we will treat the policy as if it had never been issued and return all of your payments.

In Florida: An individual cannot be denied any Medicare Supplement policy sold by an issuer if the application is submitted during the “Open Enrollment Period” (the six-month period beginning with the first month in which an individual who is 65 years or older first enrolls for benefits under Medicare Part B). (1) Our Medicare Supplement plans are also offered to individuals under age 65 who are entitled to Medicare benefits because of disability or end-stage renal disease.
