USAA Deposit@Mobile® FAQ

General

You must have a USAA Federal Savings Bank (USAA FSB) checking or savings account in good standing.

Minors age 13 to 17 can use Deposit@Mobile if their parent or guardian enables the option located in Parental Control settings.

Deposit errors

No. If there is a discrepancy between the amount that you enter and the amount of the funds, USAA FSB may adjust your amount for the error. Notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days after we send or otherwise make the statement available to you, if there is an error in the deposit amount.
