You should file with us if:
- You're confident the accident was not your fault.
- You have all the information you need to file a nonmember claim with USAA.
You may not want to file with us if:
- You're not sure if you were at fault.
- You'd prefer to work with your own insurance company.
Choosing a repair shop
You have the right to use the repair facility of your choice. Your selection won't affect our obligation to pay any claims-related costs. If you need help, we can recommend shops from the USAA Direct Repair Network, which provides high-quality customer service and repairs.
