Open the Resideo / First Alert app and make sure all your devices are online. Dead batteries or a change in Wi-Fi network or password could take them offline. If you don't see the devices online in the Resideo / First Alert app and need help, contact Resideo / First Alert at 1-855-975-1255. Once devices are back online, it takes 24 to 48 hours to receive data.
If all your devices are online in the Resideo / First Alert app, check the USAA Manage Details page.
In Manage Details, select the "Share data" link and follow the prompts to share data with USAA and Resideo / First Alert.
If you received an address mismatch, check the address in the Resideo / First Alert app.
Your address in the Resideo / First Alert app should match exactly what we have on your USAA homeowners policy. For example, TX versus Texas. And don't forget to save your changes.
We'll receive the data within 24 to 48 hours and will apply the discount.
